One Architecture is a young dynamic practice based in the city centre of Glasgow, but servicing varied construction projects across the UK.  The practice has significant expertise in Hotels, Commercial, residential, renovation, healthcare, interiors and master planning.

In the hotel sector, Planning Approval has recently been granted for a £30m Hotel at Terminal 5, Heathrow, for Arora Developments; a Days Hotel in York; bespoke design proposals are currently being prepared for various boutique hotel conversions for City Sites in central London; and a high profile hotel and serviced apartments development in Manchester for BDL  / Ramcore Developments Ltd.

Further to this, progress is being made on some significant and exciting commercial projects in the centre of London.  Paul O’Neill, Managing Director, states that “the business ethos is to provide quality, innovative and commercially sound design solutions.. we do not believe that the two are incompatible”.... “understanding our clients needs and keeping our clients happy is also the no1.
